This week, we have actively participated in the International Vocational Education and Training (VET) Meeting organized by the Department of Education.
The program included activities designed to share successful experiences and foster new synergies, offering participants the opportunity to learn first-hand about the Basque VET model. For example, the delegation from HO Gente University of Ghent (Belgium) had the chance to explore the spaces, methodologies, and the LCAMP platform we use at Miguel Altuna — a student-centered Center of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) in Advanced Manufacturing.
On April 9th, a congress was held at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, where experts from various countries reflected on the major transitions currently transforming Europe, with a particular focus on the ecological and digital transitions. The congress was held under the title “Keys to a global, digital, inclusive, and sustainable future”, and Miguel Altuna LHII was also represented at the event.
On April 10th, Miguel Altuna LHII participated in the Project Dissemination Day 2025, held at the Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Innovation Projects 2025 program.
During the event, we presented our project “Renewable Energy, Renewable Earth”, sharing our contribution in the field of renewable energy and sustainability. The event brought together more than 200 attendees and featured a total of 35 project presentations.
